The Foracam® V3 is a vertical inspection camera dedicated to drilling wells. It can inspect boreholes from Ø80 mm to Ø1200 mm in diameter up to 500 meters depth. Its camera head is Ø45 mm in diameter and incorporates a guide for automatic and uniform distribution of the cable on the winch.
Borewells play a crucial role in the supply of water, whether for consumption, industry, irrigation or geothermal energy. However, their condition can deteriorate in the absence of appropriate maintenance, it is essential to check their condition by carrying out a diagnosis using a drill inspection camera.
Since the modification of article 11 of the decree of September 11, 2003, the diagnosis of drilling wells is now a safety requirement.
The Foracam® V3 is equipped with an electric reel including a flexible video cable of 200 to 500 meters, as well as a odometer to measure the distance traveled.
The major advantage of the camera head lies in its dual capability of axial and radial aiming — the radial aiming offering a precise 360° panoramic viewe thanks to adjustable LED lighting.
The Foracam® V3 is the only borehole camera to provide azimuth, providing information on the orientation of the camera (northeast, southwest, etc.).
The camera is resistant to 50 bar pressure and temperatures from -28° to +50°C. Recording on 128 GB USB key with audio and written comments in real time.
Our new Foracam® model is lighter and more compact. The support foot maintains the recommended low position during use.
Major innovation: uniform and automatic distribution of the cable on the winch — saving valuable time when reassembling 500 meters of cable.
New motor runs up to 1800 rpm for smooth, in-depth inspection.
