It is essential to frequently inspect the networks, because the degradation of the latter generates extremely significant financial costs. The motorized inspection camera 600 AX ITV allows a complete diagnosis of networks between Ø 250 and Ø 1200 mm over 150 meters in length.

The motorized inspection camera 600 AX ITV is made up of three main elements: the video control room with integrated reporting software, the motorized inspection robot 600 AX with pantograph arm and a rotating camera PAN 360° and TILT 135°.

The motorized inspection trolley 600 AX ITV allows you to identify numerous anomalies: assembly, geometry, sealing, deformations, obstacles or obstructions, connection connections.

Articulated pantograph arm — Rotating camera

The motorized camera head of the 600 AX pipeline inspection robot is integrated into the pantograph arm. The raising or lowering of the latter is controlled from the control room. You can thus accurately analyze the upper part of the pipe up to 1200 mm. Coupled with the rotating camera head, these two elements provide you with a panoramic and detailed vision of the pipeline.

Optical and digital zoom

Thanks to the power of the zoom (x10 optical / x4 digital) of the motorized inspection camera 600 AX, you can establish the diagnosis of a damaged pipe without prematurely committing to an intervention.

The double laser

The 600 AX inspection robot is equipped with a double laser. Compared to a given scale, it reports the distance between the two ends of the laser on your crack, in order to automatically calculate the dimensions of the anomaly observed.

The ultra-sensitive slope detector

The sensitivity of the 600 AX robot sensor detects the slightest irregularity in the pipes inspected to within 0.1%. This functionality makes it possible to identify slope problems likely to cause repetitive blockages, following poor wastewater evacuation.

The calculation of ovality

Starting from a geometric shape on the screen, you trace it to the diameter and shape of your network, in order to match it point by point.

Metric meter and probe

Our motorized inspection camera 600 AX automatically integrates a metric counter (digital display of the distance traveled) and a probe. Coupled with a VLOC or VSCAN on the surface, you locate quickly, efficiently and precisely the 600 AX motorized camera.

Secure connector

The locking system of the motorized inspection camera is manual and does not require any tools. Safety is reinforced by two additional clips framing the connector, and a “vertebro” — stainless steel protection preventing the cable from rubbing against the walls.

Upgradeable wheels

The motorized inspection camera 600 AX is mounted on 4 imposing driving wheels, modular up to 6 wheels. The choice fell on a screw wheel system, less likely to accumulate external pollution than the clip-on system.

The 600 AX ITV pipeline inspection robot is guided from the integrated audio, photo and video control room. The control room allows photos to be taken, video recording and comments to be incremented using the keyboard. The integrated Molecam software allows you to establish a complete inspection report that complies with current sanitation standards.

Inspection robots are customizable to meet your constraints. The motorized inspection camera 600 AX offers: additional lighting, additional battery, cable centerer, reversing camera, 150 meter electric winch.

Additional lighting

If you need more intense lighting to better perceive the details of your pipe, you can add this additional lighting made up of 3 white LEDs.

The cable centralizer

The stainless steel cable centerer is available as an option. An essential element when descending the 600 AX robot, it adjusts to the dimensions of your access and prevents the robot from colliding with the walls during the maneuver.

The reversing camera

The axial view reversing camera is used at the end of your inspection, when you reverse the robot 200 meters. It allows you to check that the path is clear and that the robot is well centered in the pipe.

The 150 meter electric winch

The motorized inspection camera 600 AX is delivered (basic pack) with a 150 meter electric winch, for better execution speed and more comfort.

For smaller diameter pipes (Ø 150 to 400 mm), AGM-TEC also offers the 300 AX camera robot.
