The motorized camera robot for inspecting pipes allows you to explore sanitation networks from Ø 150 mm in diameter.
Like our range of inspection cameras, our motorized camera robots are scalable and customizable. They allow us to perfectly meet your needs. Furthermore, the 300 AX camera robot remains essential for establishing a complete and detailed diagnosis of your networks from Ø 150 to Ø 400 mm (up to 150 meters in length). The 300 AX ITV motorized robot (basic pack) is made up of three major elements:
The 300 AX pipeline inspection robot includes two zooms: a 10x optical zoom and a 4x digital zoom. Thanks to the zoom performance and the PAN 360° and TILT 135° rotation of the camera, you can carry out a rigorous and detailed inspection of your pipeline up to 8 meters.
An essential element of robotic cameras, the slope detector of the 300 AX robot detects the slightest irregularity in the pipes inspected to within 0.1%.
You have the option of increasing or reducing the shape, size and diameter of the geometric shape, in order to accurately reproduce the diameter and layout of the inspected network.
The 300 AX pipeline inspection camera robot integrates a double laser to automatically calculate the size of the crack or anomaly observed.
In order to offer the most qualitative solution for locating the flash, crack or identified blockage, our 300 AX inspection camera robot automatically integrates a metric counter and a probe. Coupled with a VLOC or VSCAN (optional) on the surface, you detect with speed, efficiency and precision the 300 AX motorized camera and, by extension, the hotspot requiring intervention.
The axial view reversing camera attaches to the rear of the 300 AX motorized inspection cart. It allows you to have perfect visibility of the pipe to bring back the inspection camera robot without any problems at the end of your intervention.
All the features described above are integrated into the basic package of the 300 AX camera robot.
The center of gravity has been specifiedcarefully designed to ensure optimal maintenance of the robot. In the same way, the wheels have been beveled to provide perfect balance and prevent overturning.
The 300 AX pipeline robot adapts to the environment and the constraints of the terrain, thanks to its modular wheels. Basic equipped with 4-wheel drive, you can add 2 wheels depending on the context of use.
In the event of specific interventions, the 300 AX camera robot has a wide range of options: battery and auxiliary lighting, reversing camera, cable centering device, 150 meter electric winch.
At the back of your robotic camera, you can attach auxiliary lighting made up of 3 white circular LEDs. This additional lighting is recommended when inspecting diameters greater than 300 mm.
The basic pack of the 300 AX sewer robot incorporates an electric winch for greater speed of execution and minimum effort.
The cable centralizer has two parallel stainless steel bars. It adjusts according to the diameter of your access, through which you will lower the 300 AX pipeline inspection robot.
For pipes with a diameter between 250 mm and 1,200 mm, AGM-TEC also offers the 600 AX robotic camera.
