TRAMEX® Roofing Master Pack

Complete roof and wall kit — continuous and spot non-destructive inspection

The all-in-one professional kit: DEC SCANNER mobile scanner + INSPECTOR PACK tools

Complete kit

Brings together the DEC SCANNER (large areas) and the INSPECTOR PACK (punctual measurements of walls and roofs).

Non-destructive

Continuous and spot inspection of humidity levels — roofs, waterproofing, concrete, wood, RH and dew point.

ASTM Standards

Complies with ASTM D7954 (roofs) and ASTM F2170 (concrete with Hygro-i2).

The Roofing Master Pack is the complete kit for roofing professionals. It allows continuous and spot non-destructive inspection of moisture levels in roofing and waterproofing systems up to 15 cm depth. It also measures humidity in concrete slabs, wooden structures, ambient relative humidity and dew point conditions.

Two complementary technologies: the DEC SCANNER quickly covers large flat roofs on wheels, while the INSPECTOR PACK refines the diagnosis on walls, localized areas and materials (concrete, EIFS, wood).

Pack contents — TRAMEX DEC SCANNER

ASTM D7954 mobile scanner — humidity detection from 2%

The pack includes the Tramex console equipped with an analog screen and a needle (vu-meter) allowing precise detection of the humidity level. It offers different sensitivity modes:

  • Scale 1: smooth surfaces where insulation is saturated and humidity mainly on the surface.
  • Scale 2: smooth or gravelled surfaces where the insulation is partially saturated.
  • Scale 3: the most sensitive — small quantities of water near the surface or significant concentrations at greater depth, including on gravelled areas.

The handle — equipped with two extensions, it guides the base of the Tramex while ergonomically accommodating the console. The console clips onto the handle.

The base on wheels — non-invasive detector mounted on four wheels to quickly analyze large areas. Powered by two 9V batteries (included), infrared transmission to the console.

The case — robust storage to protect and transport each component of the DEC SCANNER.

Pack contents — TRAMEX INSPECTOR PACK

The signal intensity varies depending on the humidity present in the material being tested. The detector converts the current power into a comparative value displayed on a clear analog dial.

Usage procedure

Tests carried out during installation, during regular maintenance or before repair. The kit is portable and robust, with two modes: roofs and EIFS/foam, each with two levels of penetration. Calibrated to a reference dry area, it provides instant readings.

1/ The humidity detector

Instant, accurate, multi-mode impedance scanner for assessing moisture in roofs (ASTM D7954), EIFS, foam insulation and building envelopes. The multi-mode feature provides deep penetration and helps trace leaks to their source.

2/ The humidity tester

The CMEX5 quantitatively measures the humidity of concrete floors and slabs. Integrated hygrometer (RH, temperature, dew point). Bayonet port for Hygro-i2 probes — ASTM F2170 standard. Instant and precise quantitative measurement.

3/ The infrared thermometer

The IRT2 — non-contact dual laser infrared, 12:1 ratio, high/low alarms. Range -50 °C to 650 °C, accuracy 1 to 1.5%, response 0.15 s, 9V battery, EN60285 class II laser standard.

4-6/ Probe and pin

4/ Robust electrode, insulated pins 200 mm — CMEX5 and MEX5 compatible.

6/ Soundby Hygro-i2®—measures RH, temperature and dew point in narrow spaces. CMEX5, MEX5 and RHTX compatible.

5/ Hole punch

To create pilot holes for long pin probes in EIFS and roofing systems.

7/ Extendable pole

Extension handle for the Tramex floor and wall leak detector.

8/ Tramex Meters Application

Download the Tramex Meters app to retain data during diagnostics.
