Locating water leaks in a pipe is one of the missions that can be carried out by an endoscope but there are other possible applications with such equipment. If locating a water leak remains one of the aspects of very frequent use of the endoscope, the system is also used in precision mechanics, in the field of security, in maritime trades and in all building and public works trades.
The endoscope case consists of:
- a wireless TFT video screen (2.36" or 3.5" depending on the model) where the images captured by the camera will be broadcast,
- a base where the elements essential to the operation of the device will be fixed,
- a flexible camera allowing 90° bends to be crossed in the case of detecting a water leak on a pipe,
- various accessories for locating and recovering objects lost in a cavity (mirror, hook, magnet),
- a USB cable to save the exploration film on PC,
- TV cable, mains socket,
- Driver installation CD.
