On inspection cameras, is there an annual review or recalibration required?

No, there is no inspection camera review to be done every year nor inspection camera recalibration to be undertaken at regular intervals. This is high-end equipment, which does not require subsequent corrections or adjustments. Designed to last over time, pipe inspection cameras do not need to be serviced every year.

All models in the TUBICAM range can therefore be used without any problem or risk of error for several years, without being subject to the slightest revision. This observation applies to all models of our inspection cameras, regardless of their diameter or options.

No servicing is necessary for your inspection camera and its operating system

Annual servicing of your pipe camera is therefore not necessary. Likewise, annual inspection of endoscopes is not useful. The industrial endoscopes and pipeline cameras provided are all guaranteed to remain in perfect working order for a significant period of time. In doing so, carrying out a possible recalibration or revision is in no way essential.

This applies to cameras with a reduced head diameter as well as a larger one. Note that the same goes for the AGM-VM540 and RD 7100 locators on the market, which do not need to be serviced after purchase. The operating system found in the inspection cases offered for sale does not need updating either, thus guaranteeing complete autonomy of use.
