One year warranty

All our equipment is backed by a one-year warranty that covers parts and labor. This warranty does not, however, cover the Lithium-ion battery which is a classic wearing part whose lifespan will depend in particular on storage conditions but which does benefit from a three-month warranty.

When does the warranty start?

The warranty on our inspection cameras and endoscopes begins from the date indicated on the purchase invoice for your product. It covers you against any manufacturing defect in the object, or any malfunction of this equipment. However, this does not cover breakage. For you, it is a security that protects you in the event of a problem with your products, although they remain very rare because we take the greatest care with our equipment.

And after the warranty?

One year warranty only means we'll let you down after your product's anniversary date. We will be able to follow you and assist you with the slightest problem. We are designers and therefore have both a stock of spare parts and the expertise to carry out any repair even after your endoscope warranty or your inspection camera warranty. We only replace the faulty part, which keeps costs low. And as it may be essential work equipment for you, we carry out repairs as quickly as possible, with support from after-sales service within 24 to 48 hours after acceptance of the repair quote.
