Like our range of inspection cameras, our motorized camera robots are scalable and customizable. They allow us to perfectly meet your needs. Furthermore, the 300 AX camera robot remains essential for establishing a complete and detailed diagnosis of your networks from Ø 150 to Ø 400 mm (up to 150 meters in length). The 300 AX ITV motorized robot (basic pack) is made up of three major elements:
- Control room with 17-inch screen and integrated reporting software
- Pipe inspection robot with 360° PAN and 135° TILT rotating camera and high-performance zoom up to x10
- 150 meter electric winch for rapid installation on site

360° PAN and 135° TILT camera — Zoom up to 8 meters
The 300 AX pipeline inspection robot includes two zooms: a 10x optical zoom and a 4x digital zoom. Thanks to the zoom performance and the PAN 360° and TILT 135° rotation of the camera, you can carry out a rigorous and detailed inspection of your pipeline up to 8 meters.
A high-precision slope detector
An essential element of robotic cameras, the slope detector of the 300 AX robot detects the slightest irregularity in the pipes inspected to within 0.1%.
Ovalization
You have the option of increasing or reducing the shape, size and diameter of the geometric shape, in order to accurately reproduce the diameter and layout of the inspected network.
The laser
The 300 AX pipeline inspection camera robot integrates a double laser to automatically calculate the size of the crack or anomaly observed.
Metric meter and probe
In order to offer the most qualitative solution for locating the flash, crack or identified blockage, our 300 AX inspection camera robot automatically integrates a metric counter and a probe. Coupled with a VLOC or VSCAN (optional) on the surface, you detect with speed, efficiency and precision the 300 AX motorized camera and, by extension, the hotspot requiring intervention.
The reversing camera
The axial view reversing camera attaches to the rear of the 300 AX motorized inspection cart. It allows you to have perfect visibility of the pipe to bring back the inspection camera robot without any problems at the end of your intervention.
All the features described above are integrated into the basic package of the 300 AX camera robot.

Full stability
The center of gravity has been specifiedcarefully designed to ensure optimal maintenance of the robot. In the same way, the wheels have been beveled to provide perfect balance and prevent overturning.
Upgradeable wheels
The 300 AX pipeline robot adapts to the environment and the constraints of the terrain, thanks to its modular wheels. Basic equipped with 4-wheel drive, you can add 2 wheels depending on the context of use.

In the event of specific interventions, the 300 AX camera robot has a wide range of options: battery and auxiliary lighting, reversing camera, cable centering device, 150 meter electric winch.
Auxiliary lighting
At the back of your robotic camera, you can attach auxiliary lighting made up of 3 white circular LEDs. This additional lighting is recommended when inspecting diameters greater than 300 mm.
The electric winch in 150 meters
The basic pack of the 300 AX sewer robot incorporates an electric winch for greater speed of execution and minimum effort.
The cable centralizer
The cable centralizer has two parallel stainless steel bars. It adjusts according to the diameter of your access, through which you will lower the 300 AX pipeline inspection robot.
For pipes with a diameter between 250 mm and 1,200 mm, AGM-TEC also offers the 600 AX robotic camera.

Quels diamètres et quelle longueur de réseau le robot 300 AX peut-il inspecter ?
Le robot caméra motorisée 300 AX ITV est conçu pour les canalisations de Ø 150 à Ø 400 mm, sur une longueur pouvant atteindre 150 mètres grâce au treuil électrique intégré au pack de base. Pour des diamètres plus importants (250 à 1 200 mm), AGM-TEC propose le robot 600 AX.
Qu'est-ce qui est inclus dans le pack de base du robot 300 AX ?
Le pack de base comprend la régie 17 pouces avec logiciel de rapport intégré, le robot motorisé avec caméra PAN 360° / TILT 135°, zoom optique x10 et digital x4, le détecteur de pente, le double laser, le compteur métrique et la sonde, la caméra de recul et le treuil électrique 150 m. Toutes ces fonctions sont incluses sans surcoût dans le pack de base.
Comment localiser précisément une fissure ou un bouchon sur le terrain ?
Le robot intègre un compteur métrique et une sonde émettrice. En surface, couplé à un localisateur VLOC 3 CAM ou VSCAN (en option), vous identifiez rapidement la position exacte de l'anomalie pour intervenir au bon endroit.
Quelles options puis-je ajouter à mon robot 300 AX ?
AGM-TEC propose notamment : LED auxiliaires (recommandées au-delà de Ø 300 mm), batterie auxiliaire, centreur égout (barres inox ajustables), roues supplémentaires pour l'adaptation au terrain, et le couplage avec nos solutions de localisation. Oui. Le centre de gravité a été spécifiquement étudié et les roues biseautées assurent un équilibre optimal pour éviter le renversement. Le robot dispose de 4 roues motrices en standard, avec possibilité d'ajouter 2 roues selon le contexte d'utilisation.
