What construction sites is it designed for?
Public sanitation networks
ITV inspection of DN60 to DN800 collectors, in accordance with standard NF EN 13508-2. Ideal for reports intended for communities, water unions and public project owners.
Diagnosis before work
Detection of cracks, infiltrations, crushing, undeclared connections and obstacles before cleaning or rehabilitation. The rotating head allows the camera to be directed towards each anomaly.
Industrial and tertiary inspection
Control of EP/EU networks under industrial buildings, shopping centers, transport infrastructures (RATP, airports). Watertightness 10 bars for pressure networks.
Receipt of new work
Quality control of new pipes before handing over to the project owner. The software Tubilog automatically generates the NF EN 13508-2 standardized report.
AGM TEC know-how: Each camera is designed and rigorously tested in our workshops in Bessières (Toulouse) before shipping within 24 hours.
The 5 features that make the difference
1. 360° rotating head controllable from the console
Unlike fixed cameras, the head of the Tubicam® XL 360 moves on demand from the control room. The operator can thus examine lateral connections, inspect longitudinal cracks around the entire circumference of the pipe, and precisely document each anomaly — without repositioning the camera. Essential for standardized ITV inspections.
2. Waterproof IP68 — 10 bars (90 meters)
With certified resistance to 10 bar pressure, the Tubicam® XL 360 HAD v2 is the only one in the Tubicam® range capable of operating in partial load pipes or deep networks. Each camera head is individually pressure tested in the AGM TEC workshops before shipment.
3. Aviation connectivity — maximum reliability on site
The V2 version replaces the old connectors with an aviation connector with a double seal, quick clipping/unclipping system and screwable ring. Result: zero risk of infiltration at the ring/head connection, and a reliable connection even in the most difficult conditions (mud, water, vibrations).
4. Integrated 512 Hz probe — localization from the surface
The 512 Hz probe embedded in the camera head allows its position to be precisely located from the surface using a compatible locator (VSCAN or vLoc 3). So you know the exact depth to which to excavate to intervene — without unnecessary trenching.
The control room's 13-inch screen offers optimal viewing comfort for several operators simultaneously. The integrated keyboard (Tubitexte) allows anomalies to be noted directly during the inspection. Coupled with Tubilog software, the NF EN 13508-2 standardized report is generatedautomatically based on the recorded data.
The Tubicam® XL 360 HAD: a rotating inspection camera for public networks
The inspection camera Tubicam® XL 360 HAD has been designed for rigorous and detailed inspection of public networks from Ø60 mm and up to 800 mm in diameter. Its rotating head allows you to establish a precise diagnosis of the state of your network and the anomalies encountered (cracks, blockages, crushing).
The Tubicam® XL 360 HAD is state-of-the-art equipment which offers you an image definition of 1280 × 720 px. The camera is equipped with a high sensitivity CMOS sensor, perfectly suited for pipeline inspections. The inspection camera integrates the following technologies: the metric counter, the Tubitext (keyboard for incrementing comments) and the 512 Hz probe.
Composition of the Tubicam® XL 360 HAD v2 system
The system is broken down into three elements delivered together:
The briefcase management
13 inch screen, annotation keyboard, photo/video recorder, speaker for audio commentary, 7 h battery power supply.
The bench grinder on wheels
Reinforced fiberglass Ø9 mm rod, 60 m or 120 m of your choice, reel on wheels for easy movement on site.
The plastic centerers (Ø78, Ø165, Ø220 mm) are automatically included to raise the camera head in large diameters and avoid deposits on the optics. The stainless steel centerer with adjustable wheels (Ø200 to Ø500 mm) is available as an option to facilitate passage over long distances.
The 3 centralizers supplied: 2 hoops (165 / 220 mm) and 1 rigid centralizer (78 mm)
Always with a view to constant improvement, the connectivity of the Tubicam XL 360 HAD V2 changes to aircraft connectivity. This new connection is equipped with a double seal, a quick clipping and unclipping system, as well as a screwable ring for perfect sealing and unrivaled ease of use.

Garantie 1 an pièces et main-d'œuvre. Disponible sous 24 h. SAV à Bessières sous 48 h ouvrées. Contact : 05 61 42 90 63.
